The informational magnecule

Biological systems are dependent upon and intertwined with aqueous systems. We will present empirically derived evidence of the unique properties of water and demonstrate the efficacious role of molecular electromagnetic informational encoding as mediated through aqueous dynamics and mnemic properties.
